Lovely flat on Fareham Marina

A nice large double room in a flat overlooking fareham marina. This is in an old mill (1800s) that has a modern conversion. Has the original wooden beam and columns in the bedroom and through the living room.

The flat is spacious, has off road parking, all the usual mod cons (freezer, washing machine, microwave etc), is very close to town and supermarket(5 minute walk to both) with all the amenities you need. Has a nice litte pub (castle in the air) that you could literally crawl back from. Has good access to the M27 and train station (10 min walk) with direct link to London.

I'm an outgoing 29yr old guy, who likes to play squash, kayak, music & film. I'm looking for a friendly housemate who is clean and tidy (can consider getting a cleaner togheter if required), and up for an occasional drink/socialise.

The current price is £400 without bills included, and would be £500 with all bills. Current house mate moves out on the 26/27th of Jan 2014.
