I am looking for a mature and trustworthy working professional, with own home. Must be clean and tidy. The room is available on a Monday-Friday basis only although Occasional weekend use should be ok by arrangement. Lodger contract to include security deposit and one month notice of vacation.

You will have the use of a modern kitchen with fridge/freezer/cupboard space/Dishwasher. Washing machine available. I am semi-retired with one small dog, often spending time away from home.
