I am seeking a professional person to rent my spare double room in large 3 bedroom house. It's a 10 minute walk to the town centre and 15 minute walk to the train station. It's a 2 minute drive to junction 11 of M27 motorway.
The bedroom is12ft by 12ft and has a King size bed, bedside cabinet, dressing table and wardrobe.
There are 2 living rooms and unlimited WIFI. There is a large kitchen/dining room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has bath and shower and there are two separate toilets.
The garden has a patio and outside seating.
The rent includes all bills. There is off road parking in front of the house.
I am looking for a professional, considerate person to rent and will need a £200 deposit and 1 month's rent in advance.
