I will be renting out a medium size room with a double bed. Other furniture in the room but can be removed if you do not want. A recently decorated room with neutral colours.

There is a conservatory with table and chairs to eat at and a nice large decking area with garden to sit in and relax when the summer gets here finally. I have a gardener who maintains the garden for me.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED. Broadband is available but is 5. 00 per month to my longterm lodger.

I do expect house to be kept clean and tidy and to be thoughful of other lodgers. I do visit the house every 4/6 weeks to give the house a really good deep clean myself!

Suitable for working person wanting to chill out in quiet area of Fareham but close to motorway links and town.

If for a couple room will be slightly higher at 95. 00 per week.
