I am looking for a female for a secure self contained studio apartment on the first floor of my detached house. I am located in central Fareham, opposite the Bus Station, short walk to the Train Station (100 yards from Mc Donalds and all the shops)!!!
You have the main living area which doubles up as a bedroom, a bed and chest of draws etc, a separate kitchen, bathroom with toilet and electric shower. The place is furnished, also with basic utensils, brand new cooker, Fridge, television etc - I don`t mind however if you wanted to bring in your own personal base furniture in to replace mine.
No parking exists unfortunately (other than street) I also have a nice garden and a washing machine and line that can be accessed.
I am looking for an independent professional lady, bills are included for reasonable use of utilities, broadband also included.
