Furnished or unfurnished double room

Hello, and welcome to my advert! I'm Scott, 35 years old, and have been doing this for a long time. The house/room I'm offering is the perfect sanctuary to come home to relax after a long day (you'll have complete privacy in your room) or to socialise if you fancy it. The housemates are fantastic and a joy to be around.

The house benefits from 5 bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms both with showers (bath upstairs), front and rear off-road parking, plenty of storage, garage with lots of tools and some gym equipment inside, decent sized garden, decent sized clean kitchen with large cooker, water/ice dispenser fridge, dining room with large dinner table and a warm cosy lounge with large (very comfy) sofa, single sofa seat, and 2 coffee tables. The lounge also has a nice, large comfy footrest. I have Virgin Media installed so free broadband is available. Each room is lockable for peace of mind and you will have a key.

The housemates are easy to live with, happy to socialise in the evenings and also enjoy their own space. It is just as likely that you'll find the house appears empty, as it is also likely you'll find some/all housemates sharing a takeaway. The house currently comprises 2 males, 2 females; ranging from 20 - 50 years of age.

I have always lived in the house but although I've recently moved into a different property I am always be available should you need me for anything. Also, a very close friend of mine lives in the property so he knows how things run and is always approachable. The house is a lovely place to be. You will have plenty of space to cook your meals, relax, and socialise if you wish. Or you can just retire to your room and the world leaves you alone.

I am looking for a lodger who wants to live in a nice house and will respect your housemates and the property. I supply all household cleaning products, toilet/kitchen roll, air fresheners, dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder. I also have a Vax steamer to keep the floors looking fresh. I ask people to chip in with the house chores occasionally to maintain the quality that we all love to live in, and it means we can keep the rental prices down by not having to pay for a cleaner.

The double room that I'm offering is upstairs at the back of the house, East facing. It is a large room with a fitted wardrobe concealed by sliding mirror doors, with laminate flooring and blackout curtains.
