1 single bedroom to rent in a beautiful cottage on Fareham High Street.

All bills are included in the rent including BT Broadband. The tennant will have full use of the shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The bathroom and kitchen are fitted with modern fixtures and fittings. There is a lovely corner sofa, large TV and a dining room table and chairs in the living area. The house is fully fitted with central heating throughout the property.

The single room overlooks a courtyard and has a smnall built in wardrobe. The room can come furnished with a single bed and desk or un-furnished if preferred. There isn't allocated parking on site, but a permit is available for a small fee with plenty of parking nearby.

The currant tennant is a 29 year old professional male of works full time in a local college. He is very socialble and would welcome someone with simmilar interests.

The house is located just off the high street and the train station is a 15 minute walk away. There are also good bus links a 5 minute walk to the house, as well as a shopping centre, cinema, bars and resutrants, and a large Tesco and Sainsbury's.

Regretably, we cannot offer the room to anyone claiming DDS.
