Rooms available in a very easy going home.

Hi.
My name is Jamie, I have a double room to rent in a flat on the 2nd floor.
Its 11x11 feet and is furnished with a double bed with storage and with all bedding included if needed, 2 double wardrobes, chest of draws and bed side tables .
All bills included, you have wifi, and your own cable TV in your room.
Use of the rest of the flat I have washer and a dryer and the kitchen has recently been fitted out.
Me and my flat mate are very easy going and can give you references from people who have stayed with me before, mostly younger people male and female so I used to "drama".
I live down a quiet cul-de-sac location within walking distance from the high street and local station which goes to London.
Bad points, parking can be an issue round here and I have no shower, yet, i'm working on it that is next job when it get some cash together, I do have a shower attachment for the bath taps.........
NOTE i have a driving job so often am unable to answer my phone, so better to call in the evenings or weekends or a text is fine.
