Room for Student Available in Fratton

Downstairs bedroom of a three bedroom house in Fratton.
Good location, no more than a 20min walk to the University area.
The house consists of living area (sofa's, dining table and chairs), good sized kitchen (electric oven, gas hobs, washing machine, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle) and bathroom with bath/shower and also a garden. The room advertised is a double room and comes with; a built in wardrobe, computer desk and chair, double bed (with mattress)and a chest of draws.
The bills included in the rent is internet and we currently have a shared bank account for other bills (water, gas, electricity) which we contribute £100 per quarter/term.
The landlady for the property is lovely, very easy to talk to and any issues you have within the house are dealt with quickly and to a good standard.
Current housemates (2 girls) are welcoming, chatty and are a good laugh (they are clean and tidy too!) They are third year students one studying photography and the other English with psychology.
They preferably are looking for another girl to live with, who is tidy and up for a good chat (we are the best at mad conversations!) Preferably non-smoker and also a student at the university.
The room should be available to move in to by the end of June 2014 at the latest!
