A new decorated double room (3. 28 x 2. 97 m), 5 minutes walk to Fratton station, available for rent for 425 pounds per calendar month (1 month deposit in advance). The double bed is a new Dreams Ottoman bed, alongside the rest of the furniture in the room. You also have use, if wished, of our street parking permit, as we don't use it. We are a professional friendly couple looking for a fellow professional (no couples, DSS and preferably a non smoker) to share our newly decorated home.
