The house has a large open living room/dining room with Sky TV and broadband. The bathroom is big and comes with a bath and overhead shower. Kitchen has all essential mod cons.
Current housemates are a 27yr old couple (owners) and a 30yr old male (rarely here as in the military).
The couple enjoy socialising and are looking for a person/couple to get along with.
All bills are included but a contribution towards cleaning products will be required as and when - can be discussed and agreed prior to moving in. There would be an extra £100/month for a couple.
