The kitchen looks out onto a stoned, enclosed rear garden with a large decked seating area to the rear.

The spacious, tiled bathroom is located on the first floor. There is also a second WC on the ground floor.

The house is located just off Fratton Road. Local amenities are aplenty- Asda and Wetherspoons are a one minute walk away with many other shops and food outlets. The city centre is a 10-15minute trip with Southsea also a short walk away. Local transport links are excellent, with Fratton train station a 2 minute walk away and several bus stops nearby. Southsea is a few minute walk across Goldsmith Avenue.

The rent includes all bills (gas, electric, council tax, waters and 350mg business Virgin media). As landlords, we live locally and pride ourselves on resolving any maintenance issues promptly.
