I am looking for a tidy, responsible person to flatshare with, I am a current tenant and work away mostly but available at weekends.
The flat is bright and sunny (except on really rainy days!), with modern furnishings and on the top floor of a friendly appartment building, about ten minute's walk from Southampton Central train station -very convenient for city centre and plenty of local shops.
Off road parking available to rear of building plus plenty of space for visitor parking.
Well equipped kitchen- all usual, microwave, washing machine etc.
during the week I often work fairly late, but enjoy going out for a few beers or sharing a meal at home whenever possible.
The room would suit a young professional or mature student.
