Room with own shower/toilet and mini kitchen

This is a double room in my home . It’s not actually en-suite, but there is a small shower room / toilet and kitchenette for use by the tenant . I have my own bathroom downstairs .
I have a cat who is mostly downstairs but as I have a sitting room upstairs he comes up too, so no good if you have a severe cat allergy .

The room is furnished ,has a double bed , wifi available.
All bills are included,- including TV license .Furniture is flexible. .
The room is pretty bare as I presume whoever takes it will want to have their own style etc.

Please note: no washing machine but there is a laundrette one minuet's walk away. I go there to use a tumble drier sometimes, it's that close!

References from work and previous landlord or agency are required and security deposit.

I don't smoke and don't have people smoking in the house but smokers are ok if they go outside . Small pets are fine but not cats or
The house is close to bus routes for Fareham and the town centre, also cycle paths are very close.

Street parking for cars.
