Professional Person required to join our household. Must like very large friendly dogs as the house is shared with a French Mastiff. Rooms that are currently shared - Lounge, Bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room and conservatory. The house comes with 2 parking spaces -1 off road and 1 designated space outside house. The house has basic Sky TV in the lounge and conservatory. Also, there is wireless broadband. There is a patio area and fairly large secluded garden. The house is close to local amenities in Gosport. Rydal Road is on a bus route 2 miles from Fareham where the nearest train station is. The room itself is 3m x 4m and is in a quiet location at the rear of the house overlooking the garden. it is in good decorative order and is furnished with a king-size bed, pine wardrobe, pine bedside unit, pine book shelf and pine shoe rack.
