Double room, access to HOT TUB

Large double room with king size bed. All areas of the house usable except our bedroom! We have virgin TV with almost all channels in the lounge, High speed broadband, dart board and a hot tub in a reasonable large garden with shed. Bills all included except use of phone and food although we do occasionally cook for our current lodger. House is very relaxed and quite large so we are never really under each others feet.
We do both have kids which stay regularly on weekends but they are good as gold. There will be no smoking in the house when the children are present. Any questions feel free to ask.
