Spacious double room in central Gosport

This is a spacious double room with standard furnishings provided (2 bedside chest of drawers, cupboard with drawers contained, double bed). There is not an ensuite but you would have main use of the bathroom.

The flat is large and airy, split over 2 levels and close to town. It is very close to shops and about a 10 minute walk to the ferry, making it an easy commute into Portsmouth.

Shared use of open-plan living area (lounge, dining and kitchen). There are standard fittings (washing machine, microwave, oven, etc). Broadband and bills included.

I'm a fairly easy going, postive person who is quiet but sociable, tidy (but not OCD), and considerate of others. I'm looking for similar characteristics in a flat mate. I am vegetarian so would ask a flatmate to open windows and use the exhaust fan whilst cooking meat.

People looking for Monday to Friday lets are welcome and the price would be reduced to £100 per week if council tax is paid elsewhere. Quiet students are also welcome; £100 per week (if studying full-time). Rent is payable monthly in advance, and a security bond equivalent to one months rent is also required in advance (refunded at end, less any damages).
