Double room in quiet village location

Furnished double room available in a lovely house in quiet location. The house is on edge of the village but is not far from the A3. Public transport is not good so you will need your own car.

It is a 3 bed cottage with new kitchen and new bathroom, and 2 reception rooms, including a large lounge with wood-burner - very cosy on those colder nights!

The room has a double bed, computer desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Rent includes all household bills (electric, gas, water, wood for fire, cleaning and internet connection) but does not include any phone calls you make on the landline.

Also must like cats as I have two 17yr old rescue cats.

I have had recent renovations to the house so would appreciate someone that is respectful of that. I have a small but very sweet garden which has a veggie plot and small greenhouse, and if you are keen on growing veg there is an allotment within 50 paces!

I am vegetarian and pretty easy going to share with (although can be grumpy before 10am!!) ;) I tend to mostly work, go swimming, catch up with friends, and I work alternate weekends so there should be plenty of time when you get time to yourself. I am not much of a party animal and prefer good food with friends to a wild night out!

I'm learning Spanish thanks to being inspired by my last lodger! Looking forward to what I might be inspired by next! :)
