Room availible, excellent location in Havant

Hello, I have a modest single size room available within 5 minute walk of Havant for flat share with a professional male. Excellent location, within 5 minutes access to shops, train station, and A27 and on a main bus route. Room contains a single size bed, and wardrobe (if required). Flat is upstairs in converted maisonette and would ideally suit a quiet professional person between the age of 20-38. Large shared kitchen, and living room. I am fairly social but I do appreciate my own space and would like someone who is courteous, tidy and quiet and above all, you must be employed. All bills are included including fibre optic broadband and Sky TV and reasonable use of landline.

I am looking for someone for a minimal length of 6 months, and I will only consider people who speak fluent English.
