The Double Room is being let for 5 days (and nights) a week from Monday to Friday inclusive on long or short term let. It overlooks the garden and has a D/Bed, Wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside locker and lamp and a bookcase and chair, you can have more or less furniture as required. Your room has just been painted and the mattress and it's cover are new. The house is in a very quiet area. The A3M is only 5mins away. There is a local Onestop shop a few mins walk away.
I am looking for someone who is happy renting for 5 days a week and who doesn't mind being on her own if I am away visiting relatives.
There is a £100 returnable deposit. Also the rent is payable 1 week in advance.
There is off road parking plus a garage you can store things in and you can sit in the garden whenever you want. I have a nice cat Basil, we're both easy to get on with, but he is either out or asleep somewhere!
You will be able to use all the facilities and have your own fridge/freezer. If wished you can have a home cooked meal each night for an extra £5 per meal.
There is Sky Wifi Broadband and I can do your washing each week. You are welcome to watch Freeview TV with me in the living room or put a TV etc in your room.
