I have a double room available for rent in a semi-detached house. It is around a 10 minute walk from the Havant train station and has several bus routes close by.
I have 2 (mostly) outdoor cats but would consider any other pet owners provided they all get on!
I'm a non smoker but really don't mind if you smoke outside.
I would consider couples but may have to charge a supplement for additional cost of bills etc.
