You will have access to broadband and you will have a Sky TV Box. Share Kitchen/Dinner and Bathroom. You are most welcome to use my Kitchen equipment and separate cupboards will be provided for your food. Also use of garden/patio area. Would suit a single professional who wants there own space within the house or a couple who want there own space (Rent may be increased for a couple). House is about 10 min walk to Havant Train Station and Town Centre. On road parking not a problem but off road parking may be available. I am a single person with varied interest but home is quiet and kept clean.
