The property is in a quiet col de sac which is 5 minutes’ walk from the village centre which has public transport, post office, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, pubs, banks, parks, etc. And also a 2 minute drive from the M27.

Ideally, I would like a professional but open to students as well. Most importantly, is someone who is respectful, and tidy? I don't mind guest visiting but they must also hold the same values as yourself.

I am a live in landlord and work as an Engineer in Chandlers Ford, I am a social, polite and respectful. I have many interests such as Gym, Golf, Football, Boxing, Cycling, Pubs, Gigs and eating out but I do like staying in an watching everything and nothing on TV with my Girlfriend.
