We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our professional house in Hedge End.

The last room available is a huge double room with ensuite and built in wardrobes.

The house is a town house and has living/dining area, small garden area, kitchen with all white goods including a dishwasher and a garage with space for bikes etc. There is also a driveway or on-road parking space.

The house is in a great position with easy access to M27 jct 7. Hedge End train station has direct links to London. There is also a Virgin Active gym around the corner along with the retail park that contains Next Home, Starbucks M&S and Sainsbury's.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. If you require part or unfurnished this can be arranged.

The price is inclusive of all bills including fibre optic broadband and a cleaner for shared areas of the house.
