Double Room For Rent

I have for offer a double room in my house on small quiet estate on the edge of the New Forest; close to local shops, takeaways, club and pub. There are beaches near by, sports centres, Hythe village and the marina and regular buses and ferry service to Southampton.

I am looking for a clean, friendly, and most importantly, a trustworthy easy going person. I work various shifts including nights and so need someone who will be respectful and considerate of that.

The rent includes the use of the internet, but not phone. You will have use of the bathroom and kitchen; but not lounge: I just ask that you clean up after yourself.

The close is located very close to Esso (Fawley) Refinery. Also is within easy traveling distance to, Hythe, Totton & Southampton & surrounding areas by car, ferry or bus and Bournemouth by car and or train!

Will consider let to include part or all weekend at times, but NOT EVERY WEEKEND; unless short term.

Short term let 1-4 wks £120, £60 taken from deposit if less than 1 wks notice!
