We're looking for somebody to replace our current lodger who is leaving us Shortly. This is a lovely old flint cottage with some winding stairs and low beams so sadly no disabled access. The room is bright and airy and enjoys wireless broadband and a fitted flatscreen TV, fitted wardrobes, and bedside table with lamp. Shared large lounge with cable TV, large dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, dryer etc, bathroom and breakfast room. Nice gardens, good off road parking with some storage in well eqipped garage if needed. Very laid back house with few rules except mutual respect and cleanliness.
