The spare double room is complete and will be available from now.
The property is on route to Southampton and very close to bittern, west end and bursledon and a few minutes drive to motoway.
The room will come fully furnished with modern and clean furniture if you prefer.
Room comes with freesat and WiFi.
The rent includes all your bills!
We both work full time and out pretty much all day everyday.
We would like someone to be comfortable living with us and treat the house like their own home.
There is also space for a car if you drive with back garden. You will have shared excess to bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room, gardens and study. Loft space will be available if you have your own stuff to store.
