I have a double room available for a single person ideally, (I would consider a couple) the room is available initially for a 3 month period
My house is detached, in a quiet cul de sac, with off-road parking for 1 car. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, nearest supermarket is Sainsburys or CO-OP at Beggarwood.
The room has two double wardrobes with drawers below, chest of drawers, currently dressed with a single bed although it also has a secondary bed underneath to enable use as a king-size bed.
Downstairs - lounge, dining area, study, kitchen with dishwasher. Nice garden with patio. Conservatory can be used as personal exclusive space
I am very easy going person, I love my house and the area and hope you do too!
The last thing to mention is my cat Simba, he's a cat with attitude!
