Master Bedroom in 3 bed house, Kempshott, B'stoke. All Bills Included. The large double room has 4 double, built in wardrobes, a desk and a large double bed. There is ample off road parking, loft space, a greenhouse and decent sized gardens, front and rear. The house has wifi included.

There is a washer dryer and fridge freezer in place. The property was originally let as unfurnished, although is now, (relatively cheaply), furnished. This property can be let with a duel tenancy agreement through Belvoir letting agents. This is not just a room to rent. This is very much a house share.

Any application will need to be authorised by the property agent Belvoir, therefore references will be required, including credit checks. Anyone with any CCJ's, (County Court Judgments), or a very poor credit rating will not be accepted, I'm sorry to say.

I have been the residing tenant for the last six years. I am an outgoing, friendly guy that runs a small gardening business. I am simply looking for a friendly, professional person/s to help share the burden of the rent on this great property. No smoking within the property but outside is fine.

Couples may be welcome although the rent would have to increase to £650 pcm, inclusive of all bills, between the two of you. Kempshott is a safe location, quiet and close to local shops and facilities, (5 minutes walk). Town center is 9 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus and about a 45 minute walk.

There would be an admin fee imposed by Belvoir for the set up of a new 6 month contract, payable by the new tenant/s, which I will do my best to get you out of. (£90 from memory).
