Lovely property for house share

Sitting Room

I am a female in my early 20s and I own a 2 bed house near Farnham/ Bordon. I have 1 bathroom, 2 double bedrooms a kitchen and sitting room with a nice spaced back garden and a huge green at the front of the house with off street parking for cars. Down stairs tv and option for one in the bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, freeview and bt sports (unfortunately no sky hopefully soon).

The bedroom is double and is furnished or can be cleared if you have your own stuff. If required to be furnished it will have a double bed (or king not 100% sure), large wardrobe across one wall and chest of draws.

I am currently looking for someone to rent a double room. I am in the process of re-decorating so am looking for someone to move in about end of May/start of June.

I am a easy to get on with sporty person and spend most of my time at the gym or training, so don't seem to have much time at home however when I do I like to be able to put my feet up and chill out and watch the footie.

I am very respectable of other peoples property and respect privacy so I would expect that back. Also I am very neat, tidy and clean quite OCD in fact so need that to be respected and the house to be left as it is found.

I would like someone that would be able to give me a helping hand around the house when needed as I am gone quite early and back quite late.

I do have a cat and a dog, dogs lovely cat not so much, however you don't see her much.
