A quiet sunny upstairs double room, new oak furniture and mattress. Large sink in the room. Wifi.

1 1/2 miles in either direction to a train station (Southampton/Salisbury). 10 minutes drive from Romsey, 15 minutes drive to Salisbury, 20 minutes to Totton, 25 minutes to Southampton.

Award winning pubs locally and the local shop is just down our private driveway.

Shared use of kitchen and downstairs wetroom.

We have a large house with a big garden leading onto our field with a canal at the bottom. It's lovely sitting outside on the patio. There's me, Ann-Marie, Tim, my partner, Spencer, our son and we do have 3 chickens in the field. We both work full-time and we're not mad :-). We have chickens.

We'd love someone to stay with us, we're easy-going and we'd love to meet you if you think this is the place for you, or if you'd like to ask any questions please get in touch. Ideally we'd like a Mon-Fri let but we will accept full-time for the right person.

Mobile phone signal is weak in this area but wifi calls work perfectly and your room does get the best phone signal.

We would require you to keep the room clean and to help clean and tidy shared areas as appropriate, also purchasing of washing up liquid and toilet rolls occasionally. A deposit for any accidental damage is to be given and the room is to be left in the state it was found in ie clean and in the same condition when vacating. We do appreciate quiet and thoughtful behaviour and we have had some wonderful lodgers who have become close friends. I hope you consider moving in with us.
