The current resident is a female professional, quiet and tidy. Main interests include the gym, playing the piano, food, motorbikes and studying.

The ideal tenant will also be a professional who is active and has a fairly healthy attitude to food and exercise. Someone with a positive and motivated view on life would compliment the current environment perfectly.

The rent is based on a part time occupancy of 4-5 nights a week either Monday to Friday stay or split throughout week if you work shifts. If you are looking to stay full time that can be negotiated.
