Here for rent is a double room. Its nice and clean and decorated recently so is a nice room. A double bed fits in no problem and I'm happy for a wardrobe to go in my other spare room if required as not enough space in the room for a wardrobe. The room would include your own bathroom as I have a ensuite off of my main bedroom.
Marchwood is close to the city of Southampton with rail and bus links close by.
It also included off-road parking.
Personally feel I'm friendly, easy to get along with and looking for someone similar. I'm a professional so work full time. I have selected female as my preferred lodger as mainly because they are cleaner and tidier than blokes and I try to keep my house tidy.
It's £450 PCM with all bills and broadband included in the price
