Large Double Bedroom in New Milton

Following our temporary lodgers moving out our double bedroom in New Milton is once again available and is available fully furnished or unfurnished. The bungalow has lots of offroad parking, a garden and a garage. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, we have wifi at home, TV with recordable freeview and catch up channels.
An individual would be preferred. Small pets considered. Long or short term let is fine, references preferred if available.

Currently living at the property is just myself and my mum is around sometimes but very rarely, I work full time office hours so am out in the day.
We would expect that the person would contribute towards cleaning and keeping tidy the communal areas in particular the bathroom and kitchen.
Rent is £400 per month which includes bills
