Newton Stacey is a peaceful village in the Hampshire countryside, 9 miles north of Winchester, 6 miles south of Andover, 5 miles north-east of Stockbridge. Large garden, free off-street parking and great access to both A303 (M3), and A34.

Monday - Friday lodgings with occasional weekend use is preferential, although happy to discuss other options. The room is available from Beginning of APRIL. Listed price of £395 is for Sun/Mon - Thurs/Fri. BILLS are INCLUDED. Month's rent as deposit.

House facilities: fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge and Freezer, shared Dining Room, Upstairs Bathroom with Shower over bath, and Downstairs Toilet. Central Heating, Unlimited broadband, Landline.

The bedroom is currently furnished with double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, desk, and chest-of-drawers. Happy to provide the room unfurnished or partly furnished.
