Parking on driveway for one car. Close to Romsey town centre, and easy access onto M27. Approx 15 mins drive to Southampton University. Bus route right outside.

Kitchen is shared. However no objection to occupant having tea/coffee making facilities and microwave in their room, if you wish to put in.

Both lounge and bedroom have been freshly decorated in the last year and furnished.

We are a relaxed, easy going family and prefer to spend most evenings in, after a day at work.

We have dogs and a cat that are well behaved generally and do not access rooms for rent.

We have Sky TV, broadband & Wifi, which is included within rent, as well as gas and electric.

Will consider couples for at £650 a month.
