Large Double room for Professional

The room, double bed, bedside cabinet & TV stand.

We have a large double room up for rent in our 3 bed house based right next to New road, Portsmouth. It's available from beginning of January 20. No earlier I'm afraid

We are seeking a professional only. No DSS or benefits.
It has two large built in wardrobes and a double bed.
Broadband is available throughout the house but you will need to adapt your computer to accept wi fi broadband.
The monthly rent includes all bills except your own food and toiletries.

We have pets that are very friendly and easy going. (3 dogs and 1 cat)So we ask the potential tenant not to have any.

We are a friendly house too, although we take pride in our house we ask that this is not used as a party house or "doss house" friends or partner (long term partner not one offs) can stay round thats no problem, but tenant assumes responsibility. It is also a no smoking house.

Whilst living here you have full use of bathroom, kitchen and garden. The area itself is reasonably quiet too.

Any info needed please feel free to ask. We will not interview via Skype nor we will allow relatives to look on your behalf. We will want to meet you beforehand and references will be required.
