I am looking for a young professional to rent my extra room. The room will be available from 1 March 2016 but viewings are welcome any time.
I am 25 and have just qualified as a solicitor. My housemate, Alex works for BAE. We are both very friendly and sociable. We enjoy drinks out but also quiet nights in with a good DVD.
The house will be fully furnished. The room has a bed and large wardrobe.
The property has a garage (where I will keep my car) so there will be guaranteed parking outside. There is also a parking space in the forcourt if your car is small enough.
Proof of permanent employment is required. No DSS.
