Hi!
I've bought a lovely two double bedroom flat in Hilsea/North End and I'm looking a for a flatmate to rent the second bedroom.
I work 9-5 as a Clinical Nurse and the odd weekend. I'm tidy, easy-going and sociable and would love my new flatmate to be more of a friend than just someone to live with! But I equally respect privacy.
The bedroom itself is a decent double size, and decorated in neutral colours. The bedroom is offered furnished or unfurnished - I am happy to provide a bed and furniture.
The flat has all amenities: washer/dryer, Smart TV, fibre optic broadband. There is a parking space available in a secure lockable carpark.
The rent is £350pcm with an additional £50 per month for bills.
I will accept smokers as long as you smoke outside.
