Friendly housemate wanted for spare double room

Hi,
I am a 24 year old teacher who is looking for somebody to live in my spare room.

The room is fully furnished and is a large size. There is a double bed and large, double fitted wardrobes.

The house has two double bedrooms, a large lounge/ dining room, kitchen , conservatory and garden. There is a shared bathroom on the top floor.

I am a friendly, easy going person who enjoys going out and socialising with friends. I also respect other people's privacy. I go to the the gym most evenings and also enjoy running and playing tennis. At the weekends I like to go out with friends for wine :) also enjoy shopping !

The house is very clean and tidy and I would like to find somebody who would respect the house and look after it .
