Standard Letting Fees Information

The asking rent listed does not include letting fees. The letting agent will also apply the following upfront fees;-

• £95 General administration fee to cover the costs of drawing up paperwork and reference checks including credit checks, right to rent checks and bank, landlord and employment references. These are non refundable except in the cases where satisfactory references have been received but the landlord has decided not to proceed with the tenancy.
• £25 will be payable in situations where a guarantor is also required to cover the cost of referencing.

Other Possible Fees During the Tenancy

Other possible fees that may be applicable during the tenancy on a per tenant basis.
• £10 Late payment Fee: Late payments of rent will be subject to a charge of £10 to cover the cost of sending letters to the tenant and contacting the tenant to seek immediate payment.
• £10 per tenant under a tenancy will be charged for rubbish disposal should tenants fail to carry out their obligations with rubbish clearance.
