The room to rent is huge. It has a good quality double bed，new wardrobe double drawers and bedside cabinets. Luxury pile carpet and luxury underlay.
Room Size approximately 20m sq.

Ensuite has large thermostatic shower，lit mirror above fitted sink and a toilet. All clean and all newly fitted. No mould etc.

The room has a LAN and aerial point and plenty of plug sockets. A tv can also be supplied if you do not have your own.

The whole house is newly refurbished. We have a gym room that you can also use and washing/ tumble drying facilities.

All bills - gas elec internet council tax included.

Kitchen is also massive with plenty of cooking space and dishwasher.

We are a young professional gay couple. We have a jack russell dog which is quiet and friendly. We like to think we are generally quiet and easy to get along with as a couple and will respect your privacy.

We are looking for either a student or professional to live with. We will not take dss. We both play the piano but not late at night. We tend to watch our own tv shows in the lounge and have designed the lodgers room so they can watch tv in their own living space. You can come and go as you please and use the facilities in kitchen，garden etc as you please.

There is free street parking all around and you can normally park close to the house.

Rent is either 120 per week or 516 per month. I might consider couples but this would be at a higher rate. Rent can either be paid weekly or monthly but has to be at the start of the month or week.
