I have a large double room available in North End. The room itself has been recently decorated and has newly fitted carpets, includes all bills and is equipped with Sky TV and WiFi.

The house is situated just off of Chichester road and is no more than a few minutes from the motorway. All local amenities are within walking distance.

I am looking for £425 PCM or £600 PCM for a couple. This includes ALL bills as well as Sky TV.

You will also have access to the shared areas of the house which include the conservatory, training room, Dining room and garden as well as the usual shared areas such as the kitchen, utility and bathroom.

The kitchen is well laid out for cooking and also has a nice big dishwasher which means pots and pans don't get stocked up in the sink!

The bathroom has a deep bath as well as a shower.

This is a nice quiet area and would suit a professional or student looking to focus on their work.

though it is a non-smoking house, smokers are welcome as there is a fairly sheltered area in the garden where you can smoke at your leisure!
