We have a large double bedroom with a lounge/tv room to rent in our home. Its modern, bright and clean. The bedroom has a privacy bolt, TV point, large radiator, double wooden bed with new mattress, matching double wardrobe and dressing table, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and bookcase and has been newly decorated.
The whole house has double glazing and central heating and is furnished and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need including dishwasher , gas cooker , microwave, washing machine and all the crockery and gadgets you will need.
There is a good sized comfy lounge for your own use as we have our own private lounge.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath and power shower.
There is wireless broadband.
This is a very tidy and clean laid back happy household with two friendly and easy-going adults. We are sociable but also like our privacy sometimes and respect the needs of others and are looking for someone similar to share our lovely home and cats !!
We do expect you to leave the kitchen and bathroom as you found it, clean and tidy. We feel this is most important when sharing and we always make sure these area's are clean and tidy for you to use. If you are messy or lazy please do not apply as this is not how we live !
We are in a quiet road with no restricted parking , only 8mins walk from shops, pubs, restaurants and buses. 2mins drive to motorway links.
