Furnished double room available in quiet village location but within a 5 minute drive from Basingstoke with its main line train station, shops, bars, restaurants and cinema. Old Basing village has 3 pubs in walking distance, bus service, dentist, doctors, hair dressers, cricket ground and lovely walks into the countryside.

The house is a modern 3 bed, clean and tidy with off street parking. We do have a cleaner however continuation of service would be at your cost (£10 p/h)

Your room includes a double bed, sliding built in double wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables and modern ensuite bathroom.

You will be welcome to use the kitchen which has all appliances, cutlery and glassware. The house is fitted with wi-fi which is included in the rent. You are also welcome to use the furnished living room and garden.

We are a young married couple who are going travelling so you can have full use of the house for the duration, however you'll be sharing with our current lodger who is a very lovely professional woman, who stays with us Monday to Friday. Please get in touch if you'd like to know more.
