A little about us and our house.
The room is within a family home and has just had a makeover and is newly decorated with new carpet and is located within a quirt close.

The room has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a small bedside unit. there is a TV aerial point within the room but we don't supply a TV. clearly you have the use of the rest of the house, there are two bathrooms one with shower, the other with a large corner bath with spar, kitchen, Utility room, living room, and dinning room.

You will be more than welcome to site and chat about things in the evenings over a glass of wine or Tea & Coffee should you so wish to do so. My husband is a Supervising senior engineer so is out and about most of the day but he also spends a lot of time working at home. Our son works full time as a Air Conditioning engineer so like the rest of us is out all day.

We are very welcoming and friendly people who during the summer spend most weekends at home, with time in the garden while the boys work on whatever project they happen to on in the workshop.

Our ideal tenant would be someone who can fit in with us and have a lough and joke, but who also likes to chat mix and having fun.

We have no spare off road parking but there is on street parking both within the close and at the end of the close, now we know that everybody loves there cars so just to say in the 21 years we have been hear no vehicle’s have ever been damaged or broken in to as everyone in the close keeps on eye on all vehicles.

We are some 30 minuets walk from Chineham and likewise Basingstoke town centre, there is a good bus service Monday to Saturday but no service on Sundays!

All meals can be eaten either at the table on your own or with us this is up to you or in the kitchen. (BUT EXECPT FOR A SNACK NO MEALS UP STAIRS)
