I have a lovely home in village setting, walking distance of 3 pubs/wine bars. Just off m3 so easy for commuting, also bus stop across the road which takes you into Winchester/Southampton every 20 minutes. Lovely views to front of property .I have a small furnished double room or a large furnished double room, price varies but the choice is yours. Bathroom next door and a toilet/double shower downstairs. it is only me living here now! I am looking for a professional person who appreciates a lovely home to come back to, I have new carpets so no shoes on in house, it is my home, beautifully presented, loads of space and I would appreciate you looking after it like it was your home also. i may also consider a student. All bills included except your council tax which you must sort out yourself. I have a private double drive with 5 bar gate so you can park your car safely if you have one.
