Hi I'm James and I live with my wife in our beautiful farmhouse.
We are looking for a lodger during the week, Sunday to Friday.
You will have a double bed in a room that is 2.91m x 2.73m with a wardrobe, side table and a lamp.
You will have pretty much sole use of the main bathroom upstairs.
There is a spacious garden.
We have Virgin Medias installed which gives 100mbps for wifi!
Washing machine + tumble dryer.
Plenty of off road parking.
We ask that you provide 2 references, and we would like to meet you prior to moving in.
The price is inclusive of all bills.
We are close to the A303 and A34 so there is good access, a 5 minute drive from Andover train station and 10 minute drive from Whitchurch train station.
£400/month Mon-Fri.
