we have an unfurnished room in this country cottage. its an old fashioned house with log fire in the living room and electric heating throughout. huge garden and a garage. I have Tropical fish and two budgies in the living room which cause little bother. shared living room kitchen and bathroom. rent includes council tax all other bills to be split three ways.
looking for a professional easy going person to share this property.
we both work in the public transport industry, both easy going working a mixture of early and late shifts.
the property is located on West Popham Farm just off of the A33 between Basingstoke and Winchester. each about a 10 - 15 minute drive away.
