Lovely home up on Portchester hill with parking bay available, lovely enclosed garden and conservatory. 5 min walk to train station. Storage space available in garage, shed and loft. 60mb wireless internet included. Fully furnished, including double bed and mirrored cupboard. Very easy going, social and tidy person.

I will be moving into a new home in Hedge End at the end of Dec, so would ideally like to find someone to move with (SO30 2LB). There is a bigger bedroom with own private bathroom.

Would prefer someone Mon-Frid, but if right housemate comes along I wont mind.
